The following instructions are for Microsoft Outlook 2003. To configure your Microsoft Outlook 2003 client: |

| 1. | On the Tools menu, select Email Accounts to display the E-mail Accounts window. | |
| 2. | Select Add a new e-mail account. Then click Next. | ![]() |
| 3. | Make sure that POP3 is selected. The click Next. | ![]() |

In the E-mail Accounts window, enter the following information: Your Name: either your name or company name Email address: your full email address Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.com (substitute domain for your domain name) Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.com (substitute domain for your domain name) User Name: your full email address Password: enter the password assigned to your account. |

| 5. | Before clicking Next >, click on the More Settings… button. | |
| 6. | On the Outgoing Server tab, make sure that My outgoing mail server(SMTP) requires authentication is checked. Now click the OK button to close out the current window. |
