Microsoft Outlook 2003

The following instructions are for Microsoft Outlook 2003.

To configure your Microsoft Outlook 2003 client:
1. On the Tools menu, select Email Accounts to display the E-mail Accounts window.
2. Select Add a new e-mail account. Then click Next. Step 1
3. Make sure that POP3 is selected. The click Next. Step 2
4. In the E-mail Accounts window, enter the following information:
Your Name: either your name or company name
Email address: your full email address
Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.com (substitute domain for your domain name)
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.com (substitute domain for your domain name)
User Name: your full email address
Password: enter the password assigned to your account.

5. Before clicking Next >, click on the More Settings… button.
6. On the Outgoing Server tab, make sure that My outgoing mail server(SMTP) requires authentication is checked.
Now click the OK button to close out the current window.		 Step 4
7. Now click the Next button on the Email Accounts Screen
8. You have successfully setup your email account. Step 5
