Microsoft Entourage

These instructions are intended to help set up an email address in Microsoft Entourage. To configure your Entourage client to send and receive emails: |

| 1. | Start Entourage by clicking the icon in the Dock. | |
| 2. | Select File from the options at the top, highlight New >, and then select E-mail Account. |  |
| 3. | Click the arrow in the bottom left if necessary. Provide your full email address as required. |  |

In the fields provided, enter in the following information: Your name: Your full name Email address: Your full email address. Account ID: Your email account login Password: enter the password assigned to your account. Account Type: POP Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.com (substitute domain for your domain name) Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.com (substitute domain for your domain name) Once completed, click the left arrow to continue. |

| 5. | Verify that your mail settings are correct by clicking the "Verify My Settings" button. Once verified, click the left arrow to continue. |  |
| 6. | Once all settings have been saved, you will be able to check your email in Entourage. | |
